Mussoorie International School’s Annual Award, PYP, P-5 Graduation and Farewell Day Ceremony were held on 23 April 2022 for the Academic Year 2020-21. The grand event started at 3 pm with Vedic chants, which left the whole campus vibrant and spiritually enlightened. What an aura one could feel when the chief guest, principal, parents and school staff walked down the stairs to the beats of the drum. The occasion was graced by the honourable chief guest Dr. Renu Singh, Director FRI Dehradun. 
Thereafter, the Principal of the school Mrs. Meeta Sharma welcomed the chief guest by offering a bouquet. The ceremony officially started with the Ganesh Vandana, a perfect fusion of the two dance forms Kathak and Bharatnatyam presented by the school girls. The focus was on the prestigious awards presented under different categories to all students across grades. Walking down the aisle were the students of outgoing Grade XII one last time bidding adieu and gathering memories of their second home. Students of P5 adorned their graduation gowns and marched smartly amidst the cheering crowds. Amidst the three houses, overall trophy for academics was bagged by Laksmi House, Santoshi House bagged four trophies for house of the year, serving, march past and social service and Gayatri House took the trophy for co-curricular activities. The grand finale was the final Rawal Trophy which was awarded to Lakshmi House.
MIS created history through this event with some marvelous events, school band and their very own orchestra which left the crowd mesmerized. In this function apart of the parents some other dignitaries across the world witnessed.
